I was pleasantly surprised to see that the former Saigon 2 was no more and replaced with Pho Viet 309. The menu appears to be much more extensive than the previous owners. The service is pretty ok for Vietnamese restaurant standards - not outstanding but nothing disappointing either.
I've been here twice and have enjoyed their pho dac biet, bun bo hue, banh cuon, banh xeo and banh mi as well as their iced viet coffee. All of the food was extremely flavorful, especially the soup noodles and the portions are large. The only thing I didn't enjoy as much as the banh cuon as it was too much of the rice roll and not enough filling on the inside.
So all in all, food is authentic and it's a great spot to pick up a delicious and filling meal in the burbs. -

Overall solid food here.
Egg rolls and summer rolls were delicious.
Pho was good but they didn't melt off the tendon or it needed to be cooked longer.
This place has banh mi sandwiches as well.
One bite everyone knows the rules for Pho 7.2 out of 10.
Why 3 Stars here?
$10 pho.... that's seems because of the area and people pay for it but that's a lot for pho
And the pho took more than 15 mins to make. Waited too long.
Good place and I will be back -

I enjoyed lunch here the week before Christmas 2018. The menu options here are extensive. The staff here was attentive.
I order the #84 Com Tam Suon: broken rice and pork chop platter. ~3 thinner cut pork chop we're marinated with flavors that were outstanding. I can't wait to come back for this dish.
Based on my experience I will be coming back and frequently! -

There's not alot of places around the 309 area that sells Bo Ne. Let me tell you, this dish will not disappoint you. It surely did not disappoint me. It came out on a hot sizzling plate, serves with a roll of baguette bread. Which was toasted to perfection. My boyfriend ordered Com Tam bi suon cha, which looks good but it was average.
For our appetizer, we ordered bi cuon which is spring rolls with shredded pork. I wouldn't order it again due to the fact that there were more noodles than shredded pork. Usually, it would be even amounts of noodles and shredded pork with veggies.
The people who worked there were nice. But they were talking very loudly among eachother. Couldnt hear my bf well, though he was sitting right across from me. I wouldn't let that ruin my experience there though.
I will definitely come back here.
